RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to provide the best products and services to our customers.
We are committed to helping you with any problem you may have.
Return
We put a lot of effort on perfecting products and quality control. But if you don't like or not satisfied what you received, you can always return the products by sending us an email. Here is the refund instruction.
1, Return must be postmarked within 14 days after received or the return will not be processed.
2, Items are in their original condition without body odor or fragrance: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
3, Shipping costs ARE refundable as well. We can help you to create a return label at YOUR cost or you can return the package on your own.
4, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5, Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be posted to your account after approval. Normal bank processing times do apply and may take up to 10 days.
Replace
We replace items with no charge if there is a print error or visible quality issue.
If you need to exchange it for a different size or color, please file a refund and place a new order. We aren’t currently able to offer exchanges, since inventory is constantly fluctuating.
