DELIVERY POLICY

Time

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Production time: All orders will be sent out within 72 hours after the order is placed. You'll receive a notification when your order ships. (Please make sure to check your spam folder).
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to your home. International delivery usually takes about 12–17 business days. 

Due to COVID-19 shipping will take longer than usual. It takes longer to deliver for Hawaii and other islands addresses.

Costs

Time Shipping Method: Standard Shipping

Shipping Time: 12-17 Business Days Shipping
Fee: Order amount under $69, shipping fee is $9.9, order amount over $69 including $69, free shipping.

Time Shipping Method: Expedited Shipping

Shipping Time: 7-14 Business Days
Shipping Fee: Order Amount under $100 including $100, Shipping fee $18; Order Amount over $100, Shipping fee $30.

Haven't receive your order for a long time?

Please do not panic. We got you covered! If your order has not been delivered within 45 days after it is shipped, contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your order.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation email sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
